Greenhouse Grown

Greenhouse flower is grown using natural sunlight (often with light deprivation and/or supplemental lighting) inside a structure that provides partial environmental control.

• Sun-grown energy + some control: It benefits from sunlight while still being protected and managed.
  
• Often more budget-friendly: Because it relies on the sun for a big portion of the light and can be more efficient to operate, greenhouse flower is commonly priced lower than indoor.
  
• Quality range can vary: Great greenhouses produce excellent flower, but seasonal shifts can influence consistency more than fully indoor environments.

Hydroponically Grown Flower

Hydroponic flower is grown without traditional soil (often in coco, rockwool, or another inert medium) and fed a precise nutrient solution through water.

• Highly controlled feeding: Nutrients are measured and delivered directly to the roots.
  
• Consistency + efficiency: Results can be very uniform and predictable when the system is dialed in.
  
• Potency + bag appeal: Hydro can produce dense, high-testing flower with bold terp expression.
  

Living Soil Grown Flower

Living soil flower is grown in soil rich with organic matter and beneficial microbes. Instead of feeding the plant directly, you support a thriving soil ecosystem that feeds the plant over time.

• Microbe-driven nutrition: Soil biology helps convert nutrients into plant-available forms.
  
• Often described as deeper, more layered flavor: Many people find living soil flower has a “rounder” aroma and smoother smoke.
  
• More natural variability: It’s a biological system, so batches can be a bit less uniform — but when it’s dialed, it’s special.
  

The strain matters more than most people realize

Not every strain performs the same way in every setup. Growers often choose hydro vs. living soil based on what helps a specific cultivar hit its best outcome:

• Some strains stack better, yield better, and stay more consistent in hydro where inputs are tightly controlled.
  
• Others develop more nuance, depth, or a different kind of resin expression in living soil.
  

In other words, the grow method isn’t just preference — it’s often chosen to help that strain perform its best in flavor, structure, potency, and consistency.

If you can view a product on our website and add it to your cart, it’s in stock and ready to ship. We don’t list items until they’re physically on-hand and packaged inventory is available, because our priority is getting your order out the door as quickly as possible.

We also don’t overlist or “pre-sell” inventory we don’t have. That means what you see online reflects what we actually have in our warehouse—so you can shop confidently without worrying that an item will sell out after you place your order.

A few helpful notes:

• Sold out products won’t appear as available (or they’ll clearly show “Sold Out” if the page is still live).
  
• If an item is limited release, it may sell quickly—once it’s gone, it’s gone until we restock.

Most orders do not require signature delivery and will ship with standard delivery (no signature needed). However, some larger orders may require a signature based on the order size/value. If your order qualifies for required signature, it will be clearly shown at checkout so there are no surprises.

If you’d prefer the extra security, you can also choose signature confirmation as an optional add-on for $1.99 at checkout—even if your order doesn’t require it.

We’re headquartered in Flagstaff, Arizona, and ship from Phoenix. Most orders are processed within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday), with delivery typically arriving 3–4 days after your package leaves our warehouse. Since many of our customers are on the East Coast, we move fast and work hard to get orders out the door as quickly as possible.

Orders of $99 or more qualify for free shipping, while a $6.99 shipping fee applies to orders under $99.

We’re actively working toward offering larger quantity options directly on our website for retail customers. Because we’re a small, family-owned business and everything we produce is small-batch grown, our inventory is naturally more limited than large-scale operations—so bulk availability can vary by strain and by harvest.

We also want to be transparent about how we price. Some companies set higher retail prices so they can offer steep wholesale discounts to other businesses. That isn’t our model. Our focus is keeping pricing as strong as possible for our direct customers, which means we do not wholesale to other businesses. Instead, we’re constantly improving our catalog so customers can purchase larger quantities directly through our site when available.

That said, if you’re interested in purchasing larger amounts—for example:

• Half pounds or full pounds of a specific strain
  
• Larger quantities of concentrates

• Any preferences (smalls vs. regular buds, desired consistency for concentrates, etc.)
  

We’ll respond with what’s available and the best options we can offer at that time.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange—and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange an item within 30 days if it meets one of the following:

1) Unopened / Unused Products

• Accepted as long as the item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition it arrived in.
  

2) Opened Products (Still Mostly Unused)

• We accept returns on opened products as long as at least 75% of the product remains unused.
  
• If the product didn’t meet expectations (effect, flavor, freshness, etc.), reach out—we’ll review the situation and help with the best solution.
  

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Submit a support request and include:

• The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
  
• A short explanation of why it didn’t work out
  
• Photos (especially helpful for damaged items or to verify remaining product)

Our products are derived from hemp and are third-party lab tested to help ensure they meet compliant standards. We only sell items that are intended to be legal to ship under applicable federal hemp guidelines.

That said, hemp laws can vary widely by state and even by local jurisdiction, and they can change over time. Some areas may restrict certain hemp-derived products (including THCa products), even if they’re federally compliant. Because of that, it’s the customer’s responsibility to confirm their local regulations before ordering.
