Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If it’s been 30 days or less since your purchase and you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a return or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the packaging it arrived in. If you’ve used some of your product and it didn’t meet your expectations, please reach out to our support team at support@joinaugust.com. We’ll be happy to discuss options and make sure you have a positive experience.
In certain cases, a partial refund may be offered, but we’ll always work to find the best solution for you!
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email notification. This will include whether your refund request has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@joinaugust.com, and we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.
Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, contact us at support@joinaugust.com, and we’ll provide instructions on where to mail your product.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
