Shipping and Fulfillment

All orders placed on our site are carefully packed and fulfilled from our warehouse in Flagstaff, Arizona. Once we receive your order, we promptly create a shipping label, and you’ll receive an email or SMS update with tracking information after the label is printed.

Our warehouse team works Monday through Friday, with closures on some holidays. Any delays or exceptions will be posted on the announcement tab of our website. Typically, orders are shipped out on the same day or the following business day, and USPS picks them up from our warehouse. USPS shipping generally takes 2–5 days to reach locations within the continental US, though shipping may take longer during holiday or high-traffic periods. To ensure discretion, we ship all orders in plain bubble wrap envelopes or sturdy, unbranded cardboard boxes.

If you’ve received tracking information from us, your order has been processed and is awaiting USPS pickup that same day or the next. While USPS may take time to update tracking in their system, rest assured that your package is on its way.

Please note, as a small business, we do our best to get each package packed properly and shipped to you promptly. However, once a package is handed off to USPS, we cannot control shipping times. USPS does not guarantee shipping speeds, and express shipping may not always speed up delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable due to carrier delays.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within the United States. Some customers use mail-forwarding services to have orders shipped internationally. Please note, however, that we cannot be responsible for the actions of mail forwarders, the condition of the package after it leaves the US, or the legality of products in other countries. We encourage you to research local regulations before using a mail-forwarding service, as laws on hemp and THCa products vary. While we hope laws evolve to support easier international shipping, we currently recommend against exporting our products outside the US. We appreciate our international supporters and thank you for your understanding.
