Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email or SMS update with tracking information. Please note that it may take some time for USPS to update the tracking details in their system, but rest assured, your package is on its way.

All orders are packed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Phoenix, Arizona. Once your order is placed, we typically ship it out the same or next business day. Standard USPS shipping takes approximately 2–5 days within the continental U.S., although shipping times may vary during holidays or high-traffic periods.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Some customers use mail-forwarding services for international delivery, but please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for packages once they leave the U.S. or ensure compliance with international regulations on hemp and THCa products.
